Ero Health Named Among the Largest St. Charles County Companies by the St. Louis Business Journal

Ero Health, a leading healthcare IT services firm and the largest solution partner focused on implementation, consulting and data services for eClinicalWorks Electronic Health Records solutions, has once again been named to the list of St. Charles County’s largest companies. This is Ero Health’s second consecutive appearance on the list, which ranks companies based on the prior year’s revenue.  For 2022, Ero moved to #19 in the rankings, up from #20 in 2021, with revenue of $10.17 million and 63 employees company-wide.

“While we serve clients nationwide, Ero Health has maintained our headquarters in St. Charles County as it’s a great place to do business and for many of our team members to call home,” said Steve Rhodes, Co-CEO. “We are proud to be making an economic impact in the region as one of the county’s largest companies, and are grateful for the hard work of all Ero employees, each of whom has contributed to our growth and track record of excellence in serving clients.”

The company has attracted a team of exceptionally talented health care IT professionals who combine their practical knowledge of medical practice operations with their eClinicalWorks expertise to implement and optimize the use of the electronic health records platform. This is important in today’s healthcare environment which is moving towards a value-based care model in which a practice’s reimbursements are tied to provider performance. This involves both a method of coding and reporting on the part of the provider, as well as increasing patient engagement which makes them an active part of their care. Optimizing eClinicalWorks, while creating the right workflows and office procedures, can pave the way to a successful transition to the value-based care model.

“The delivery of healthcare has changed, and it’s important for practices to have the right system and processes in place to ensure they can thrive in this type of environment,” said Rhodes. “Ero Health is uniquely positioned to deliver this to the medical practices we serve, each of which has its own set of needs and goals. This includes practices within large healthcare organizations, as well as provider networks owned independently or by private capital groups. Our ability to address their specific goals in terms of care, patient experience, operations and achieving financial targets has made Ero Health a partner of choice. It is this type of service that has led to our growth, and our position among the largest companies in St. Charles County.”

Ero Health recently announced that their hosted eClinicalWorks Servers residing at Data Foundry, FOGO and Switch Networks, and the Revenue Cycle Management residing at Dardenne Prairie, have each earned Certified status for information security by HITRUST. The rigorous HITRUST certification process is just one proof point of the company’s commitment to excellence in client service and support.
