Who We Are

Pioneers in eClinicalWorks® adoption, optimization, and support

Your use of eClinicalWorks® is a journey, one that is guided by your practice’s goals, the ever-evolving healthcare and payer landscape, and technological advances that may become applicable along the way. Ero Health understands this journey because we’ve led practices of all sizes and specialties nationwide to find success through their use and optimization of their eClinicalWorks® electronic health records and practice management systems since 2004.

The Ero team has always been known for our industry-high success rate of implementing eClinicalWorks®. Our knowledge encompasses both expertise in the software itself as well as practical knowledge from a team of professionals with a clear grasp on all areas of healthcare IT, including business management, practice workflow,
training and support. Yet when it comes to the impact eClinicalWorks® can have on a practice, this is just the beginning.

We believe in empowering clients to maximize their eClinicalWorks® investment, harnessing the data that lies within to enhance the patient experience, improve care, increase revenue and profitability, and generate reporting that provides visibility into the financial and operational health of the practice.

Today, we work with Independent Clinics, FQHCs, Health Systems, ACO/MSO Organizations and Private Equity Practice Roll-Ups to address their specific business goals through eClinicalWorks® optimization, data services, revenue cycle management, hosting, training and support. Ero Health has clients in 49 states who have achieved success through our partnership.
